The first SUPA clinic will be held March 5th from 12-5pm at SCSC. This will be a general clinic where everyone will work on throwing, catching, defense and team offense. All experience levels are welcome to attend and we will use English and Chinese throughout the day.
第一届上海飞盘教学赛会于2016.3.5号在上海滩运动公社举行。这是一次面向所有人的教学，会练习如何飞盘，接盘，进攻以及防守，无论你是有经验的选手或者初学者。另外，不用担心语言问题，我们会用英语和中文来讲解。
We will charge 50rmb (40rmb for students) for the field fee at SCSC. This includes water but not lunch. Please pay on the day with wechat wallet or cash. Also make sure you bring a white and dark shirt!
本次教学的费用是50块（学生40块），不包含午餐但有水可以喝。微信支付或者现金都可以。并且请带好一件浅色和一件深色队服。
